Non-teaching staff members are one of the vital pillars of any organization. However, sometimes in absence of proper awareness and general understanding of the system and their responsibility, they lack to deliver their best. This may erroneously affect the progress of the institution and also affect all stakeholders including students, parents, teachers and management in particular and society at large.
Non-teaching staff members are involved in different set of activities such as clerk, laboratory technician, computer operator, librarian, supervisor etc. and every activity is related to teaching. Failure of one activity may adversely affect each of the related activities and that may eventually cause breakdown of the entire system. Hence, the teachers, the administrators, and the non-teaching staff must work hand-in-hand and their sole focus should always be the welfare of students. Thus training the non-teaching staff giving them a right direction to think, act and to love their job would be a great help to the employees as well as the organization.
